The Katz Media Group Stronger Together council is proud to share our archive of newsletters – an extension of the work of over 35 Katz employees nationwide participating in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D.E.I) committee. The Stronger Together newsletter was developed to highlight the most up to date initiatives of the council, as well as share insights and celebrate D.E.I-focused occasions as we move towards embracing a brighter, more inclusive world together. Our March newsletter highlights International Women’s Day, a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Check out the Content Club featuring the Women at Work Podcast and the female owned business directory in the D.E.I Toolkit.

In celebration of Black History Month, the February newsletter includes educational content about the origin of celebrating Black History Month, a Black Owned Business directory, and Content Club recommendations such as the BBC’s Witness Black History podcast.

Stronger Together Leadership Council

Kerry Sachs McFeetors

Senior Vice President, General Sales Manager, Katz Radio Group

Kerry began her career as a seller at Katz Radio. She quickly rose into management and has served in various roles including manager of Katz Radio, General Sales Manager of Katz Radio, and eventually her current role as SVP, GSM of the KRG.

Kerry has 20+ years with Katz. She proudly serves on the Executive Committee of Stronger Together for Katz Media, is an active member of the Alliance for Women in Media, and is on the Executive Board of The Council for Women of Boston College, her alma mater. Kerry has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Radio, by Radio Ink, for the past 15 years. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Denise Galiber

Vice President, Director of Sales, Katz Television Group

Denise has experienced all sides of the television landscape, beginning her career as a Sales Assistant, continuing her path with roles as a Media buyer/supervisor and local television station Account Executive.

Her career at Katz began 18 years ago as an Account Executive then increased responsibility as Sales Manager to her current roles as DOS and Co-Chair of the Stronger Together, the Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiative.

Rich Vicente

Vice President, Manager, Katz Radio Group

Rich’s Katz career started 21 years ago as a sales assistant before graduating the training program to become an Account Executive and then promoted to his current role as VP/Manager of Katz Radio.

He’s honored to serve on the Executive Committee of Katz Media’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council, Stronger Together. As a founding member of Stronger Together, Rich is focused on the overall success of DEI at Katz Media with emphasis on recruitment.
