Departments

Sales

The majority of our employees are salespeople. Both Katz Radio Group and Katz Television Group hire sales representatives to sell their commercial time outside the station’s local market.

Our sales teams fortify relationships with our partners to deliver integrated solutions to advertisers and agencies across Katz partner stations.

CIS

The CIS department is Katz’s internal information technology team, providing technical support to the organization.

CIS manages Katz’s back end network infrastructures which are essential to everyday data delivery and communications. This team is also responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining hardware and software technology for our offices, with the primary goal of equipping Katz employees with the tools and services needed to succeed.

Strategy, Analytics & Research

The Strategy, Analytics & Research team (STAR) is essential in developing materials and advocating for increased advertising spend on broadcast media.

Roles within this team are diverse and range from providing consultative services to stations building their programming line-ups, to partnering with salespeople and station clients to develop the storylines and proof points necessary for investment in national spot media. STAR Team members are experts in the use of a variety of data sources to help internal and external clients with station positioning, ratings reporting and business analytics. The team also is the center of thought-leadership for Katz Media Group, conducting primary research studies to unearth new insights about consumer behavior, evaluate successful national spot media campaigns and promote the broadcast medium.

Human Resources

The Human Resources department provides all programs and services for our employees.

The department contributes to the development and accomplishment of Katz's organization-wide business plan and objectives, through staffing, training, administration and internal communications.

Finance & Accounting

The Finance and Accounting departments focus on daily accounting responsibilities, forecasting and budgeting.

The teams are responsible for boosting growth by guiding Katz to achieve high-level financial performance.
